If you are an employee of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) based in Kumasi, you can conveniently log-in, view and print both your current and past payslips using the KNUST Payslip Portal, which has been developed by the University’s UITS (University Information Technology Services).

Logging into the KNUST Payslips Portal
- Visit the portal in your browser: Launch your preferred web browser and navigate to the KNUST Payslip Portal via the following link: https://webapps.knust.edu.gh/payslip/.
- Login to the Portal: Now, on the portal’s login screen, use your Staff Email and corresponding Password to sign in.
- Access the Pay-slip Dashboard: After successfully logging in, you will be directed to the KNUST Payslip Dashboard. Here, you can easily monitor whether your latest salary payment has been deposited into your bank account, along with the exact amount.
How to view and print Payslips
To access and print your KNUST Staff payslip, follow these steps:
- Sign in using your Staff username and Password to the KNUST portal.
- On the Dashboard, locate and click the “Payslip” option.
- For the current month, simply select the desired month to view your Salary Advice slip.
- To view payslips from previous years, choose the relevant Month and Year, then click “LOAD PAYSLIP” to access the corresponding Salary Advice slip.
- When you have your desired payslip on screen, click the “Print” button to get a copy of your KNUST Payslip that you can print as hardcopy or simply save as PDF.
