History
Achiase Senior High was established in 1983 through Methodist Church involvement in the area.
A school history records that beginning and the school's development as a co-educational school in Achiase.
The important part of that history is local access. The school created a senior-high option in a community that would otherwise have required many students to travel farther for secondary education.
Academics
Agricultural Science, Business, General Arts, General Science, Home Economics and Visual Arts make up the programme list at Achiase Senior High.
That means you can choose among science, commercial, creative, social-science and practical household options without changing schools.

Facilities
School profiles mention a science laboratory, computer laboratory, Home Economics department and Visual Arts studio at Achiase Senior High.
That mix reflects the programmes the school actually teaches. Science students need practical laboratory time, while Home Economics and Visual Arts rely on spaces where you can practise rather than only listen to theory.
What matters day to day at Achiase Senior High is whether the rooms and equipment for your subjects are ready to use.
Student Life
Achiase Senior High sits in the same town as the Ghana Army's Jungle Warfare School, and the school's cadet tradition has become one of the more visible parts of student life.
Beyond cadet activity, students take part in sport, clubs, cultural activities and academic groups that give them room to develop outside ordinary lessons.
